Bradford Literature Festival

Every year, world-renowned authors, poets, singers, and artists come to our beautiful city to share their knowledge and passions with you, the audience.  Over 300 events take place in historic venues over the course of ten days, celebrating the written and spoken word in all of its glorious forms.

Dragon Boat Festival

Settle Down Festival 2023

Settle Down Festival is a weekend of folk-punk excellence headlining is Ferocious Dog playing three of their acclaimed albums in full,  plus supporting acts. This will be one intimate yet boisterous festival that you do not want to miss.  £90 - £100.

Garstang Scarecrow Festival

Beat Herder Festival

Come along to the Lytham Ice Cream Festival for a fourth year in a row. The free to enter event will bring together over a dozen local, well-loved vendors for a weekend of ice cream and free family entertainment.

Colne Food and Drink Festival

After a hugh success from last year, The Food & Drink Festival returns! Food and drink tastings across the town centre hospitality venues. There will be 50 artisan market stalls from across the county, entertainment, craft area for children, man vs food competitions, cookery demonstrations. Fun day out.  

VW Festival

Dark Skies Festival

Local businesses in and around the Yorkshire Dales National Park are hosting various events to help visitors get under the starry skies and experience the best of the Yorkshire Dales by night. Events and activities that took place as part of the 2023 Festival were stargazing talks with expert astronomers at some of the best locations in the Park, night-time fell running, astro-photography and canoeing in the dark. There are also plenty of family friendly fun such as rocket making, nocturnal wildlife talks, planet trails and dark skies crafts.
