Cheeseboard Wreath

Create a stunning centrepiece this Christmas with our Cheeseboard Wreath


  • Six sprigs of thyme on the twig
  • 100g radishes, quartered lengthways
  • 200g mix of red and green grapes
  • 60g pecans
  • 100g olives
  • 50g blackberries
  • 400g of mixed meats, salami, prosciutto
  • A small handful of rosemary sprigs
  • 2 x 1912 Stilton cheese, lightly crumbled
  • Selection of cheese biscuits


Place meat in a rose-like shape around the wreath in 4/5 places. Add 1912 cheese chunks next to the meats and clusters of grapes on the vine around the wreath. Also, lay the radish quarters, olives, blackberries, and pecans in clusters around the wreath in 4/5 places. Finish by scattering 1912 cheese in clumps around the wreath.
