Watercress Smoothie

Watercress is packed with Vitamin C – just one bag of watercress gives you 50 mg of Vitamin C, more than the recommended daily amount of 45mg; 10mg more than in an orange of the same weight!

Ingredients
- 85g watercress
- 160g mango, peeled & roughly chopped
- 110g cucumber, roughly chopped
- 1/2 an avocado
- 4 dried apricots
- 8g parsley
- 350ml water
- Nutmeg to finish
Method
- Place all of the ingredients into a high-speed blender.
- Blitz until velvety smooth and drink immediately or chill and keep in the fridge for up to three days.
- Add nutmeg to taste before serving.
