Parmesan Crusted Chantenay

Method
Par-boil some whole (or halved, if large) Chantenay for 5minutes, then drain and toss with a little olive oil, finely grated Parmesan cheese and some black pepper. Roast for about 10 minutes in a hot oven until the Parmesan has melted and is beginning to brown.
