     2 handfuls of leafy green salad (such as spinach, rocket and watercress)
     Leftover chilled roasted vegetables (cherry tomatoes, butternut squash, bell peppers etc)
     2 boiled organic eggs
     A small hanful of chopped walnuts
    For the dressing
     1 tbsp linseed oil
     1 tbsp lemon juice
     black pepper

    Combine the ingredients in a salad bowl.

    Shake the linseed oil lemon juice and pepper to combine.
