Parma Ham, Apple & Brie Parcels

BALANCE THE SEASON’S INDULGENCE WITH CLEAN, HEALTHY FOOD

Ingredients:

  • 2 Apples, cored & cut into 8ths
  • 100g Brie, cut into strips
  • 40g Watercress
  • 120g Sliced Parma ham

Method:

  1. Cut the parma ham in thirds, lengthways, so you end up with three thinner strips of ham.
  2. In one hand, collect a slice of apple, a slice of brie and a pinch of watercress. Hold this combination together while you wrap them up together in a parcel. The ham should stick to itself, but you can always secure with a toothpick if needed!
