Painting Padiham

Storm Art Gallery Burnley Road, Padiham

This exciting event is open to artists, both professional and amateur, using any style or media (except photography). Participants will be asked to select a location within a 2km radius of Padiham Town Hall, including Gawthorpe Hall grounds, and can paint outside or inside (with permission). Visitors to the event will be able to follow a trail to see artists at work and enjoy seeing original art created before their eyes.

Make a Mini Rocket

Gawthorpe Hall Burnley Road, Padiham

Crafts in the nursery for bonfire night. Come and have a go at making your own mini rocket model to blast off Bonfire Night. Children must be accompanied by an adult. Included in admission to the Hall (£6 adult, £4 concession, children under 16 free).

See the Hall trimmed and decorated in a traditional style and discover how the Kay-Shuttleworth family feasted at Christmas in the Dining Room. There will be festive music from the Crickmore Crewe, craft activities for children and you can meet Father Christmas (please book in advance).
