Clitheroe Concert Society presents Flutes and Frets
Beth Stone is an avid player of all flutes. She is currently principal flautist of the Young Musicians Symphony Orchestra and the London Baroque Orchestra. Daniel Murphy studied Classical Guitar at the Junior Guildhall Music Department for 4 years before starting Undergraduate studies at the Royal College of Music. As a soloist Daniel was recently the only lute finalist in the New Elizabethan Award 2022. The programme will include music by Hans Neusidler, John Dowland, Tobias Hume, Henry Eccles, Giacobbe Cervetto, Beethoven, Saint-Saens, Faure, Villa-Lobos, Piazzolla and Chick Corea.
