Every year, world-renowned authors, poets, singers, and artists come to our beautiful city to share their knowledge and passions with you, the audience.  Over 300 events take place in historic venues over the course of ten days, celebrating the written and spoken word in all of its glorious forms.

Todmorden Country Fair 2023

Centre Vale Park Burnley Rd, Todmorden

A wide range of activities, displays, competitions, food & drink for all the family. Trade stands, dog show and agility, scurrying, ferrets, terrier racing, farrier display, horse show, camel racing, sheep shearing, falconry flying display, donkeys, llamas, vintage cars and tractors, competitions and much more. Come for a fantastic day out for the whole family, dogs are also welcome.

Re-enactment of Wirral Hiberno Norse History.  Warrior display, Viking village, trade stand & crafts.  Free entry.
