LEEDS INDUSTRIAL MUSEUM

Leeds Industrial Museum Armley Mills, Canal Rd, Leeds

Industrial heritage with collections of textile machinery, railway equipment and heavy engineering. The museum has changing exhibitions which are inspired by a theme from the museum’s collection, along with exciting events running throughout the year. Mon – Fri – 10am – 5pm, Sat & Sun 1pm – 5pm.

THE FORBIDDEN CORNER

SELMA MAKELA – Future Haunting

Spring Antics in the Museum Haslingden Road, Rossendale

Exhibition - Selma Makela's Future Haunting at The Whitaker will include paintings developed from a rare collection of 19th-century glass slides of alpine climbers on Glaciers, as well as work derived from meteorological and geological phenomena. Wed - Sun: 10am - 4pm. Late night Thurs until 8pm.  Free.

The Palace Theatre Manchester

VAN GOGH ALIVE

Regency Hall Bradford

This autumn, Bradford’s Grade II listed heritage events space, Regency Hall, will host the Yorkshire premiere of Van Gogh Alive, ‘the world’s most visited immersive, multi-sensory experience’ that exhibits the life and work of the seminal Dutch artist. Experience over 3,000 images from the artist that are spectacularly presented with stunning detail, including iconic works like Starry Night, Sunflowers and lesser-known paintings that were inspired by his love of Japanese woodprints.  Various times and prices.

The Mart Theatre Gargrave Road, Skipton

An arrival time means that you will need to arrive roughly within the hour stated on your ticket. However, there is no limit to your visit. The reason for selling tickets in ‘arrival times’ is to help manage traffic and ensure we have enough on-site car parking for everyone. Sat 9am – 5pm, Sun 10am – to 4pm.
