The ‘Spring Awakening’ Supper Club

£69The ‘Spring Awakening’ at The Devonshire Arms is the first in this series of events, and will be in held in The Garden Room. Highlights of the spring menu include heritage tomatoes and burrata, with basil oil, aged balsamic and pickled shallot; seared stone bass with jersey royal potatoes, asparagus and brown shrimp butter; and herb-crusted Herdwick lamb loin served with roasted heritage carrot and rosemary jus, followed by rhubarb and ginger crème brûlée as one dessert option.
