The Black Farmer “Sausages of Distinction” and burgers perfect for BBQs

In November 2015 The Black Farmer Premium Pork gluten free sausages were voted joint first place winners in the Good Housekeeping November issue blind taste test, the company’s new Pulled Pork gluten free sausages were also shortlisted in the Specialist Category in the 2015 British Sausage Week ‘Sausages of Distinction’.

The Black Farmer launched a new Beef and Cheese Burger and alongside its Beef Burger, in Asda regional stores in April 2016. Using 100% British beef, this burger contains 82% beef and 11% cheddar cheese.  The cheese is distributed through the burger and makes for a very tasty alternative.
