Serrano’s Deli Pizza

46 Church Street, Padiham, BB12 8JQ

Think wood fired pizza is limited to restaurants? Think again! Serrano’s Deli Pizza serve delicious wood-fired pizzas. Opened by brothers, Dexter and Jacob, the boys use an authentic wood-fired oven to give their pizzas a unique taste, and thanks to their open-plan kitchen you can see everything from the pizza being made, to being put in the oven, cooked, taken out, boxed and ready to go! They cook everything in house and source all their ingredients locally – in fact all the meat they use comes from the butcher next door – Charles Speak. They also have a delicious deli – where everything is imported directly from Spain, with their naturally cured meat being purchased from a third generation butcher in Spain and drove back personally by Jacob and Dexter. But the meat isn’t the only thing from Spain. The brothers renovated the building themselves and using Spanish wood with some of it over 100 years old! One thing is for sure, Serrano’s is the whole package – with a special feel, delicious sandwiches in the day, delicious crepes and of course the wood-fired pizzas, this is simply a must visit in Padiham!
