Avocado Salsa Hotdoguero

  • 1 Texas hot link / sausage
  • 1 hot dog bun
  • half an avocado
  • half a fresh green chilli
  • fresh coriander, to taste
  • half a white onion
  • 1 lime wedge
  • feta cheese

Barbecue the sausage. Put it in the bun. Finely chop the avocado, chilli, coriander and onion, and spoon over the top. Squeeze over the lime and crumble some feta cheese on top.
