Parma Ham, Apple & Brie Parcels

BALANCE THE SEASON’S INDULGENCE WITH CLEAN, HEALTHY FOOD
Ingredients:
- 2 Apples, cored & cut into 8ths
- 100g Brie, cut into strips
- 40g Watercress
- 120g Sliced Parma ham
Method:
- Cut the parma ham in thirds, lengthways, so you end up with three thinner strips of ham.
- In one hand, collect a slice of apple, a slice of brie and a pinch of watercress. Hold this combination together while you wrap them up together in a parcel. The ham should stick to itself, but you can always secure with a toothpick if needed!
