Celebrate the holidays with this decadent Iced Cinnamon Eggnog Coffee, a delightful twist on festive flavours. Combining creamy vanilla custard, warming cinnamon, espresso, and a touch of nutmeg, this drink is both comforting and refreshing. Garnished with marshmallows and a dusting of spice, it’s perfect for cosy winter evenings or as a festive treat for two. Want to take it up a notch? Add Kahlua and vodka for a holiday cocktail everyone will love!

Ingredients

  • 300 ml full fat or semi skimmed milk 100 ml Booths Vanilla custard
  • 1 cinnamon stick
  • 1 tbsp of mini marshmellows
  • Pinch of grated nutmeg 1tsp of vanilla
  • 2 shots of expresso

Method

  1. Heat the milk, custard, cinnamon, marshmallows, nutmeg vanilla until it comes to a simmer and the marshmellows have melted.
  2. Fill two glasses with ice and pour the milk mix into the glasses
  3. Pour a shot of expresso into each glass.
  4. Garnish with grated nutmeg, a few marshmallows and a dust of cinnamon.

Chef ’s tips

For a great Chrismas cocktail, top this drink with 25ml of Kahlua and 25 ml of vodka.
