The Gift of Friendship

Thank you Lord,
For lovely loyal friends
They shine, like stars at night
Always there when in need.

Saying all will be alright
A true friend always believes in you
Lifting you up in times of doubt,
With friends we have nothing to hide.

Winning a victory, always to cheer,
When our world crashes
Brush away our tears
God can’t be everywhere.

That is why God gave friends
I’m so grateful to all mine
Will be with me
So sure, till life’s
Journey carries to the end.
