On reaching 70 years old
Someone pinched mi body, when I was asleep
I used to be 12/14 and oh so very neat
Now I’ve got lumps and bumps all over it
All hanging in despair
Oh where’s that girl I used to be, she didn’t give me care
I’ll start again tomorrow; I’ll hire a fitness freak.
Who’ll tone up all mi bits, and give them all a tweak.
I’m fed up of all feeling lumpy, feeling down and glum
So I’m going to get rid of my wrinkles and tighten up mi bum!
I’m embracing my new age, with a glass of wine and a song
Ha Ha! You’ll soon be catching up and it won’t be very long.
