With a record proportion of Londoners selling their houses to move north[1], The Northern Homebuilding & Renovating Show is returning to Harrogate between 2-4 November 2018 at the Harrogate Convention Centre to help the new arrivals and locals with their property ventures.

However, according to a new survey commissioned by the show among local Yorkshire & The Humber builders, over two thirds of potential customers don’t offer relevant information about their projects upfront. Furthermore, over 75 per cent of them don’t have realistic time, duration and cost expectations about their building projects and renovations.
