This eggless vegan mayo recipe is just as easy to make as the real stuff and tastes just the same.
3 tbsp aquafaba
1Put the vinegar, ground mustard, salt and aquafaba into a jug and briefly mix with a hand blender until combined.
2Whilst constantly mixing, slowly drizzle the oil in, ensuring it is all combined as it thickens up. Stop adding oil when it reaches a thick creamy consistency and doesn't run.
3Transfer the mayonnaise to a jar and store in the fridge
